Enterprise solutions

Document scale without the headcount.

From complex AP workflows to compliance-critical document processing, fluex delivers the throughput, security, and auditability that large organizations demand — without adding staff.

The challenge

Why enterprise document processing is hard.

Volume without throughput

Thousands of documents per day across departments — invoices, HR files, contracts — with no unified pipeline to route, prioritize, and track them end to end.

Security & compliance mandates

InfoSec teams block cloud-first tools without SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, or without the option for dedicated VPC or on-premises deployment.

ERP & system integration

Extracted data needs to flow automatically into SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or NetSuite — not require manual re-entry that defeats the purpose of automation.

How fluex helps

Enterprise-grade from day one. Not bolt-on.

fluex is built for regulated, high-volume environments. Every feature — from confidence scoring to audit logs — was designed for enterprise requirements, not added as an afterthought.

  • Human-in-the-loop queues — confidence scoring surfaces exceptions automatically; reviewers only touch documents that need them.
  • Dedicated VPC deployment — run fluex in your own cloud environment or on-premises for maximum data sovereignty.
  • Pre-built ERP connectors — native integrations for SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle so data lands where it needs to, automatically.
  • Full audit trail — every extraction, review, and approval logged with timestamps and user identity, ready for SOX or external audit.

Enterprise platform

Built for the enterprise stack.

Enterprise document processing isn't about OCR accuracy on one document — it's about throughput, dual-approval workflows, audit traceability, and integration into the systems you already run. fluex Enterprise is the configuration we ship to teams running ERP migrations, SOX-relevant AP processes, and regulator-facing extraction workflows.

Single-tenant VPC

Your own GCP project, isolated network, dedicated KMS — and audit-ready proof of isolation.

Customer-managed keys

CMEK on Enterprise. Rotate, revoke, or hold-on-deletion at your discretion. Customer-side proof of data unreadability.

SOX-ready audit trail

Immutable per-request log with model version, prompt hash, response, and post-processor decision. Exportable as JSON-Lines for SOX sampling.

Named TAM & 24/7 escalation

Dedicated technical account manager, a documented escalation path, and a four-hour critical-incident response SLA.

Integrations

Lives where your data already is.

fluex pushes structured output directly into the systems your teams already run. No middleware, no batch jobs, no overnight syncs.

  • ERP — Pre-built connectors for NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday Financials, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • ITSM / workflow — Bidirectional sync with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira for exception routing and approval workflows.
  • Data warehouse — Daily exports to Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery. CDC patterns supported on request.
  • Identity — SSO via Okta, Azure AD, Ping. SCIM provisioning for user lifecycle. Just-in-time access for support staff.
  • Observability — Audit-trail bridge to Splunk, Datadog, and Sumo Logic — without sending document content to the observability layer.
FAQ

Common questions.

Do you offer true on-premise deployment?
Single-tenant VPC in your own GCP project is available on Enterprise — same isolation properties as on-prem with the elasticity of cloud. True in-your-datacenter on-prem is not currently offered; if it's a hard requirement, talk to us about the BYOC roadmap.
What's your enterprise SLA?
99.95% uptime, four-hour critical-incident response, 24-hour resolution target on production-blocking issues. SLA credits apply for breaches and are negotiated into the contract.
Can fluex meet our SOX 404 testing requirements?
Every extraction includes an immutable audit record (model version, prompt hash, response, post-processor decisions). Audit metadata is queryable by tenant + date range and exportable as JSON-Lines or CSV. We've supported customers through Big Four SOX testing engagements.
How does Enterprise pricing scale?
Annual commits with volume discounts that scale into eight figures of documents per year. Pay-per-page (no commit) is also available — Enterprise customers typically move to commit pricing once monthly volume stabilizes.
Can our internal audit team review fluex directly?
Yes. Enterprise contracts include audit rights. In practice most customers prefer the SOC 2 Type II report (under NDA) plus a security questionnaire response — both turn around in under a business day.
